Project Portland
For anyone who has ever wanted to change the world, make history or better the life of another. This is the week for you. Project Portland is our week long missions trip to our city. During this time you will feed + clothe the homeless, serve in various capacities at different cause orientated organizations, wash the feet of your friends, become more like Jesus, eat amazing omelets + soak up the sun + sand @ the beach. It is a week that will change your life, a time that you will never forget. June 22-28, 2008.

TRI-GOD
Isn't God amazing?  He not only reveals the reason why He created us; He not only introduces a certified smart plan to assist us in realizing His purpose, but He then gives us the power to do it!  And to finish it all off, His power is a Person.
In the first two chapters of Acts, you read how much the first friends of Jesus changed after the Spirit was set free in them.  That can happen to you too. 

You can have the same kind of power, love and joy those first Christians had. 
You can be just as aware of God as they were.
 You can experience freely the gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit. 
God can use you to help other people supernaturally.

This Sunday we learn how.
It’s the final segment of the series involving Andrew and his dad. Remember?
We first met them on a street in Portland where Andrew’s dad was homeless, living not far from the high rise office building where Andrew worked. Three weeks ago we felt as though we were sitting in their in their living room as their relationship imploded.
THIS Sunday come to see the difference the Holy Spirit makes.

We also pray for over 40 participants in Project Portland as they head out to serve our city.
